After founding The MAZI Project, I have been spending a lot of time with chefs and immersing myself in the culture of food. As a storyteller, I find capturing the chefs and team behind each dish equally, if not more important. I believe cooking is a form of creative expression and can be a gateway from a life of challenges. With each portrait I try and tell a story and capture their reason for being part of this growing and passionate culture.
